REgionals and nationals Player REgistration

Each family is required to register players and pay player dues individually for Regionals and Nationals. This can be done at the following link through the NCHC website.

Note: You will select the Midwest Regionals and Nationals tournament during the sign up process. We do NOT attend an NCHC district tournament.

Hotel Room Blocks

We understand that each family has unique preferences and needs when it comes to accommodations. With this in mind, we've carefully selected hotels that will suit the majority of our club members, providing opportunities for quality community time outside of the gym during away tournaments.

In choosing hotels for the club, we considered factors such as cost, proximity to gyms, room size (accommodating 4 or 6 guests), complimentary breakfast, in-room amenities like a mini-fridge, microwave, or kitchenette, the layout of common areas for gatherings, availability of meeting rooms for club use, cleanliness, indoor pool, on-site laundry, fitness facilities, and more.

One significant advantage of booking within our room block is the flexibility it offers. You can reserve your room months in advance without any upfront cost and still have the option to adjust your reservation or the number of nights closer to the tournament, without penalty. This is particularly beneficial when tournament brackets are released just a week before play begins, allowing you to cancel a night without losing your entire reservation. Without a room block, you might face higher rates or the need to rebook at less favorable terms.
